I love this dip and this is the best and only recipe I use:

1. wash Freash spinach and artichoke heart.
2. add olive oil and cream(depending on how thick you want it, i'll suggest you make it thick first and then increase consistency)
3. Add permesan cheese
4. salt, chopped ginger and 2 cloves of garlic, chilli paste, bellpeper
5. Blend
6. Add cream to make thinner

this one is to die for and it super easy
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

8 ounces cream cheese

1 3/4 cups (1 jar) Alfredo sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced

1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach

2 tablespoons hot sauce

Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze out water. Blot with paper towels to remove as much water as possible.

Allow cream cheese to soften. Whip cream cheese until smooth.

Add Alfredo sauce and mix until smooth and well blended. Add minced garlic, artichokes, spinach, hot sauce, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix until blended. Put in baking dish.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling.

Oh girl. Yum.

about 2/3 of a tub of grated parmesan (ok to use parmesan/romano)
1 can of artichoke hearts, strained
1 can of cream of celery soup
spices to taste (salt, pepper, a little garlic, etc.)

Mix all ingredients. Spray a glass pie plate with PAM and bake at 350 until golden and crispy on the edges.

I'm not sure this is the exact recipie, but trust me--the cream of celery soup makes all the difference. We found this recipe in the Congressional Cookbook, so you know it's good!
