Answers:
im not sure about cow eyes but when you pickle eggs your boil them first, from that i would a sum that it was the same with cow eyes. one question though. how many cows did you blind to get a jar of pickled cows eyes? it really doesnt seem worth it. well enjoy:)

ugh!!!!!

I hope I'm never in a position to need to know. I'm sure if you google "cow eye, recipes" you'll find something.

i think you can just yank em right out of the socket and you're good to go. i always feel like they are watching me, though.

naah... I scoop them out from the socket with a spoon and eat them raw with fava beans and a nice chianti... YUMMM!

get help, please...

Sounds as though you have a lot of spare time on your hands.Asking really stupid questions.
Seek some help.You need it.

I think you're supposed to pickle the whole cow while its alive, then remove its eye. Bathe it in equal parts vinegar and salt water. Stick a thumb up its gazoo if it struggles. It apparently soothes them :) After the cow is properly cured, proceed to remove eyeball with a wooden spoon.
