Who wants a recipe for iced hot chocolate?

How about I give you a couple?

Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups whole milk
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
6 ounces imported bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (not unsweetened)
12 ice cubes

Directions:
Bring 3 cups of milk, 1/3 cup water, and sugar to a simmer in heavy large saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth.
Refrigerate until well chilled, about 4 hours (Can be made one day ahead. Cover and keep refridgerated).
Mix 3/4 cup milk into chocolate mixture.
Working in batches, blend until frothy.
Divide ice among 4 glasses.
Pour Chocolate mixture over and serve.

Ingredients:
2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate 1/4 c Sugar 1 c Double Stringth Coffee, Hot 2 1/2 c Milk 1 1/2 c Coca-Cola, Chilled GARNISH Whipped Cream Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
1.In the top of a double boiler, over hot water, melt the chocolate squares. Stir in the sugar. Gradually stir in the hot coffee, mixing thoroughly. Add the milk and continue cooking until all particles of the chocolate are dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 10 minutes.

2.Pour into a jar. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, stir in the chilled Coca-Cola. Serve over ice cubes in talll glasses.

3.For a beverage, top with whipped cream. For a dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

you would most likely just make hot chocolate and put ice in it when it's done

it's not rocket science......

i do i do. Its like iced coffee and iced tea! but they call it icedd hot chocolate so it not liek a milkshake
