Does anyone have a recipe for microwave granola bars?!

Question:

Does anyone have a recipe for microwave granola bars?

My daughter had a recipe from Jump rope for heart and we lost it. It has margarine, oats, brown sugar. Thats all I remember.

Answers:
Chewy Granola Bars (microwaved)

Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/4 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup chopped pecans or other nuts
1 cup chocolate chips or raisins
1/3 cup toasted wheat germ

Prep:
Grease a microwave baking dish about 12- X 8-inches. In large bowl, cream sugars with buter until light. Beat in honey, vanilla, and egg; blend well. Gradually blend in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, beating at low speed of electric mixer.

Fold in remaining ingredients with a spoon; press firmly into the prepared baking dish.
Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 7 to 9 minutes or until set. Rotate dish 1/2 turn every 3 minutes. The granola bars will firm up as they cool. Cool and cut into bars.
Makes about 18 to 24, depending on size.

Butter baking pan 9x13. Heat corn syrup to boiling in 5 quart pan. Boil one minute only. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Stir in granola. Transfer quickly to pan and distribute evenly using damp spatula. Press very hard filling up corners and edges. Cover and cool 1 hour. Cut into bars. This recipe goes a long way and can easily be taken on trips. Store in covered container.

DATE AND RAISIN GRANOLA BARS

3 c. oatmeal
1 c. Vita Fiber
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 chopped pitted dates
3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
6 tbsp. honey
3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch square baking pan with Pam or Baker's Joy.
In a mixing bowl, with a fork or whisk, blend oatmeal, Vita Fiber, baking soda, cinnamon, raisins, and dates. In a small bowl, combine milk and honey.

Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Slowly, about 1/4 cup at a time, add the sugar to the whites and continue to beat until stiff and glossy.

Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ones. Fold half the egg whites into the oatmeal batter to lightly and moisten it, then add the other half. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan, and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick, when inserted into the center of the batter, comes out dry. It will be easier to cut this into squares if you let the granola bars set overnight at room temperature.
