some pasta with garlic parmasean alfredo sauce

rice pilaf and steamed broccoli with butter

pasta. my general rule is pasta with garlic, everything else with rice.

you could also cut it up and put it in a salad.

Roasted garlic, rosemary and olive oil potato wedges...and some corn.

orzo

something light like a cucumber salad (not the creamy stuff, its simply cucumber slices, tomatoes cut into quarters, red onions, oil or italian salad dressing and basil) its refreshing and not too thick with the chicken.

Boiled red potatoes, Rice pilaf, mixed veggies, Cesar salad, fuchsia bread

Scalloped Corn and Broccoli
INGREDIENTS

* 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 2 tablespoons white sugar
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
* 1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix together the corn, eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Add the cheese and broccoli, mix well and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
3. Bake for 1 hour.

Mashed potatoes with garlic and parsley and a dab of sour cream. A vegetable like steamed california mix (brocolli, cauliflower, and carrots) or corn on the cob.

How about zucchini sliced and simmered in tomato sauce until fork tender. Season the tomato sauce with garlic and oregano as well as a bit of salt and pepper. it is a very good side dish.

BREADED TOMATOES

LARGE CAN DICED TOMATOES
6 OR 7 SLICES OF BREAD CRUMBS
SUGAR TO TASTE

COOK UNTIL HEATED THRU , STIR TO KEEP FROM STICKING .

I think steamed vegetables with melted cheese on top, dinner rolls,and some rice (which ever kind you perfer).

Steamed baby potatoes and grilled asparagus!!

chicken flavored rice with vermicelli
rosemary and garlic potatoes
grilled corn
mashed potatoes with roasted garlic.... yum... and lots of butter
