Answers:
hey why not cook them wrapped in filo pastry with a mustard base white sauce.. mmmmmmmmmm

chinese food- broccoli beef!

You could make a stir fry. Slice them and serve them on top of a ceasar salad, make nachos and slice cube them up and put on top of them.

Fondue is a great way to use up thin-sliced meats.... just pick your favorite oil to cook it in, like sesame or even beef-broth and wha-lah! tastey treats for all, also, don't forget the melted cheese....

marinade the steaks in 500ml of soy sauce a tablespoon of honey and 1 crushed garlic in a large bowl cover and place in fridge for 15 min remove steaks and cook on a medium heat for 4min on each side in a frying pan. Then finely chop a chinese cabbage&red onion mix together and add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 teaspoons of dijornaise mustard and mix well together with the cabbage mix and serve on the side with your steaks.

Beef Broccoli or Beef Tomato approx. 4 servings

1 lb beef
1 piece fresh ginger, grated (approx 1/2 tsp)
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 Med. onion
2 Stalks Celery
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges OR 1/2 lb fresh broccoli
2 Stalks green onion
1 Medium bell pepper

SEASONINGS; Mix together in bowl
3 tbsp Shoyu (Soy Sauce)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp whiskey (I usually use a bourbon, but any will do)
1 tbsp Cornstarch

GRAVY: Combine in another bowl
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Broth (I use chicken or vegetable)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Shoyu

Slice beef thin and soak in seasoning. While beef is soaking, slice the vegetables in to 1 inch lengths. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or wok and light li brown ginger and garlic. Add beef, stirring quickly, and cook until it is about medium rare; remove from pan. Add 1 tbsp. Oil to the pan and fry onion, celery, and bell pepper for about 1 minute. If making Beef Broccoli, cook the broccoli with the other vegetables. Add beef and tomatoes (if making Beef Tomato) and stir another minute. Add gravy and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer, add green onions, and stir until gravy thickens. Serve over steamed rice, or chow mien noodles.

The seasoning sauce also is a good marinade for pork and chicken. Diabetics may substitute Splenda for the sugar. (1 packet equals 1tsp)

Stir fry. Cut it in strips, throw in whatever veggies you like, a little soy sauce, maybe some sesame oil, garlic, and fresh ginger. Stir it around on high heat and don't cook the veggies too long. That's my VERY amateur chef opinion.

Cut them into serving sized portions
salt and pepper them
slice a whole Spanish onion and spread over top of pepper steaks in an electric frying pan if you have one.
add 1 cup of water to pan.
Shake paprika all over everything in frying pan
cook for one hour on about medium heat and watch that the
water does not dry out. Cover frying pan with lid. We want the steaks to create a sauce while cooking in pan with onions.

stir fry with soy sauce and sliced onions
add a pinch of lemon juice when about to be cooked

Stuffed steaks

2 cup dry stuffing mix
1 cup water
2 tablespoon butter
1 diced onions
Parsley diced
1 pound of steak (flattened)
Wooden tooth picks

Sauce
Diced garlic to taste
1 cup of gravy
1/4 cup red wine or apple juice

Mix the stuffing mix, onions, parsley, butter, water. Place stuffing mix on steak, leave a 1 inch border. Gently roll the steak, use tooth picks to secure steak edges, and place into a casserole/baking dish seam side down.

Mix the gravy, wine and garlic, and pour over the steak, place lid on and bake for 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 1 hour.

I make them into 3 inch rolls to fit neatly into the dish.

Serve with mashed potatoes with parsley and a little butter, and steamed veggies such as sugar snap peas and Julian carrots
