How to make pancakes mix?without bisquick?
Answers:
PANCAKES
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 3/4 cups milk, *see note
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Grease a heated griddle.
Pour about 3 tablespoons batter from tip of large spoon or from pitcher onto hot griddle.
Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges (tiny bubbles will begin to form).
Turn and cook other sides until golden brown. Flipping once should be enough. The first pancake isn't always the best one.
Note: Buttermilk, yogurt, or sour cream may be substituted for some or all of the milk.
This may cause the batter to be too thick or too thin; adjust accordingly by adding milk to thin or flour to thicken. When you use a sour ingredient, cut the baking powder by 1/2 tablespoon and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. If you don't have buttermilk, you can add powdered buttermilk to the milk (a good thing to have on the shelf).
Makes about 18 four inch pancakes.
Serving Size: 6

3 level tsp. Rumford baking powder
2 eggs

1. take a cup of flour
2. Add a cup of milk and 1 egg.
3. If too thick for pancake then add some more milk, if too thin add flour.
4. ad a tiny lttle oil in the mix
5. Heat up the pan
6. Pour a small ammount
7. Heat each side for about one and a half minutes
8. Enjoy
If you want to add something to it for flavour you can add that in the mix, but what i do is add my (berries/chocochips) as soon as i pour the mix in the pan, so they dont sink in but still stick to the pancake.
Hi !!!
Here you go..I ASSUME THAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A MIX, SO THAT YOU CAN USE IT FROM TIME TO TIME IN INSTEAD OF USING "BISQUICK".
Much tastier than the commercial variety, and still a time saver.
Ingredients:
5 cup flour
3 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
To make pancakes:
1 cup mix
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoon melted margarine or oil
1 egg
Put pancake mix in a bowl. Combine milk, margarine and egg. Mix well. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Add one to two tablespoons milk if batter is too thick. Fry in a greased pan until surface is bubbly and edges are dry. Flip over and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes until done. Serve with syrup, jam or fresh fruit and whipped cream.
NOTE:
Stir the pancake mix ingredients very well to evenly distribute the baking powder. If it is not well distributed, one batch of pancakes may not have any, and you will end up with flat pancakes instead of tall, fluffy pancakes.

You can make this mix as large or as small as you like. We give you three choices but keep the same ratio of ingredients to make it any size.
For easier measurement, remember that one tablespoon equals three teaspoons.
Combine all the ingredients and whisk together to distribute evenly. Store your buttermilk pancake mix in a sealed container in a cool place and use it within three months. If you would like to keep the mix longer, store it in the freezer.
You can buy buttermilk powder in your grocery store in the section with dry milk. (You can also buy a quality, long lasting buttermilk powder on our site at a very good price.)
To use your mix:
1. Measure the desired mix into a large bowl.
2. In a smaller bowl, whisk one egg for every one to 1 1/2 cups of mix.
3. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter or oil to the egg for every one cup of mix.
4. Add 2/3 cup water to the egg mixture for every one cup of mix. Add the liquid mixture to the mix and stir until just combined. The batter will probably be too dry so add more water to reach the desired consistency.

try this...
3 large eggs
1 cup flour (122 grams)
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk (110 milliliters)
Pinch salt
First, separate the eggs, putting the whites in 1 bowl and the egg yolks into another. Add the flour, baking powder and milk to the egg yolks and mix to a smooth thick batter. Whisk the whites with the salt until they form stiff peaks. Fold into the batter, it is now ready to use.
Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Pour a little oil onto some kitchen paper and spread onto the pan. Pour some of your batter into the pan and fry for a couple of minutes until it starts to look golden and firm. At this point, sprinkle your chosen flavoring onto the uncooked side before loosening with a spatula and flipping the pancake over. Continue frying until both sides are golden.
