Ridiculously Easy Ribs

If you want your ribs fast, here's how to get them that way. They won't have the same sweet-smokyspicy flavour, nor the delicate tenderness of slow-cooked ribs, but they will be on the table in about 90 minutes.

Put your ribs into a pot filled with enough water to cover them. Add a couple of tablespoons of salt and pepper and, if you wish, some garlic powder or other spices. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool, covered, for an hour. Remove ribs from liquid; discard liquid.
Heat your grill to medium-high. Place ribs on the grill and brush them with purchased barbecue sauce, turning them once or twice as they cook. They should be done in 10 to 15 minutes.

Alternatively, if you don't have an outdoor grill, you can cook them indoors. Heat your oven to 400° F (200° C) and place the ribs on a broiler rack in a baking pan. Brush them with barbecue sauce and bake them until browned, about 15 minutes.

Serve with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.

boil the ribs till their no longer pink and their a greyish color brown and then put them in foil ready to go and then all u do is grill them up to ur liking add bbq sauce and serve when warm enough and cooked to ur liking

Micro wave

You don't have to cook them all day! Boil them first for about 30 mins (cook time depends on the size & length of the ribs) then grill with the sauce.

Boil them first. I always do this anyways as it removes a lot of the fat.

This is what I do and they come out so good......get a shallow pan for the oven, I use the bottom of the broiler pan. Place your ribs in it, season with your favorite seasoning and then add about 1/2 cup of chicken broth in the bottom of the pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. Get your grill ready and take the ribs out of the oven put them on the grill and finish on the grill and baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. its so easy and takes less than 2 hours and the meat falls off the bone.

Pressure cooker?

The site below explains a faster way to cook them:

And the comments at the bottom of that page give several different ways to cook/prepare them.

Good luck! :)

Pre-heat your oven to 275-300 and place the ribs in a baking pan, drench them in some BBQ sauce, cover with some foil and bake for about an hour. Throw them on the grill, adding more sauce, turning them 2, 3 times, until they get a nice dark color. Should work out fine.
