How long can you keep buttermilk biscuits before they are no good?!

Question:

How long can you keep buttermilk biscuits before they are no good?

How long will the biscuits taste good if I wrap and store them without refrigeration? What if I freeze them and if I do how do i defrost them so they still taste good and how long do they take to defrost?

Answers:
Unrefrigerated, it will last 3 days, max.
in fridge it will last 5 days if wrapped nicely with paper then plastic.
In freezer it will last 3 months if wrapped tight. Will defrost in 10-15 minutes in room temperature.

Check the due date..on everything

Biscuits are almost as stable as reg. bread. So they can be treated about the same way. As far as freezing them, I don't recommend that. It can be done and thawed at room temp. or for a bit in the micro. but they just don't taste the same.
