Any good asian noodle dishes?

Does anyone have any good asain noodle dishes that are quick & easy to make? Something stirfried? Or something that can be made in one pot/pan?

This is a popular and easy Asian recipe, hope you like it, you may add a bit more red chili to make it hotter!

<<<<<<<< Singapore Fried Rice Noodles >>>>>>>>> (Serves 4)

1 pkg. (6) thin rice noodles (mai fun)
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons peanut oil or cooking oil
1 tablespoon of cooking wine / sherry
1 large egg, beaten lightly
1 onion (sliced)
100g red or green bell peppers, cut in strips
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
300g cha siu (roasted pork, can be bought in China town) or ham, sliced
1.5 tablespoons curry powder
300g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (marinted it with 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, a pinch of salt, white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar)
1 cup sliced green onions (1-inch slices)
100g soy bean sprouts

Directions:

1) Cook (boil) rice noodles according to package directions (like how you prepare pasta), leaving out any fat or salt that may be called for. Combine broth, soy sauce, sugar and salt in a bowl, and stir till sugar dissolved, set aside.

2) Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; coat pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add egg; stir-fry 30 seconds or until soft-scrambled. Remove from pan, cut in bite-size, and set aside. Wipe down pan with cloth or paper towel.

3) Heat 1 tsp of oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add 1/3 of garlic to make a fragrant, stir fry the shrimps quickly till half cooked, remove from pan, drain well, set aside.

4) Clean the pan, heat remaining oil over medium heat, add remaining gralic, stir fry for a few seconds, add onion, stir fry about 1 minute. Add ham or char siu, bean sprouts and shrimp, sprinkle cooking wine, stir fry quickly till shrimp for a few seconds.

5) Add curry powder in the pan, then stir in egg, red or green pepper slices, noodles and broth mixture; toss to combine till thoroughly heated. Sprinkle green onions on top. Serve immediately.

fried noodle you don't have to know exactly the way to cook them but you can make a similiar dish by wetting the noodle (the noodle that they used in padthai) or chowmein noodle boil some oil and a glove of garlic and some beef after the beef is cook you can add brocolli if you like then add noodle in the pan along with the beef you boil then use some soysauce or teriyaki sauce after you cook it you will have a pan fried noodle.

noodles, any vegetable.....stir fry....add soysauce and sesame oil....or add oyster sauce....

Try pansit (noodles) canton. preboil pork or chicken, season with salt and pepper (save stock/broth) then slice into strips. set aside. next saute garlic, onions. then add pork/chicken, shelled shrimps (optional). add a splash of rice wine. next add carrot strips, chick peas, bagiuo beans, brocolli, cauliflower, bell pepper. stir fry. in a separate bowl, mix broth with a tablespoon of oyster sauce, pepper, a pinch of sugar. you can add salt but oyster sauce is salty. mix then add to pan. adjust liquid according to you noodles. cover. when noodles are soft, add in a mixture of (water, cornstarch and sesame seed oil). when sauce/broth has thickened, remove from pan and serve. you can add chinese parsley and spring onions.

Here is a recipe that my friend gave me, I tried it a few months ago & its very good! Enjoy!

Ingredients...............
1 (20- x 14-inch) oven bag
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 (3-ounce) package beef-flavored ramen noodle soup mix, broken into pieces
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
8 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut diagonally into thin strips.
Directions:
Place oven bag in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Add flour; twist end of oven bag, and shake. Add ramen noodle soup mix and next 6 ingredients. Arrange steak strips in an even layer on top.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until beef is tender
