Hi,
I like doing a "not-used" soup, after say a family Sunday lunch.
Lumpy soup, using diced spud, bits of beef, chunks of carrots and greens, and chuck some lentils in, and a bit of cornflour and double cream to thicken it up.

There again, I have been known to do "Dads bone soup", using the carcass of a chicken after carving the thing.
Much as above ingredients.
It is obvious that I am no chef, but I can't be doing with this runny watery stuff. I like lumps of things in soup.
Mine sort of turn out as similar to a Scotch broth, but put a splash of the old Worcester sauce in, and all is well.

Happy soups,
Bob

Carrot and orange.
Chicken noodle to name but a few

i like my own carrot and cannelini bean. leek and butterbean is lovely too :)

i like most veggie soups, though not tomato as i'm tomato intollerant!
