Answers:
350 gms Paneer
2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup Corn Flour
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 cups Coarsely Chopped Onions
2 tbsp Sliced Green Chillies
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
Oil for frying
Little Water



How to make chilly paneer:


Cut the paner into cubes.
Mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces caoted with mixture till golden in color.
Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute.
Add the green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes.
Mix well, and garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.

CHILLI PANEER
INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE IN A SPICY SAUCE
Prep time: 10 min, Cooking time: 15 min | Serves: 4
# 500 gms paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
# 1 medium-sized onion, sliced thin
# 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
# 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
# 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
# 2 tbsp soy sauce
# 1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 3 tbsp water
# salt, to taste
# 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
# 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
# 2 tbsp cooking oil
# water, as needed

FRY paneer pieces till brown on all sides, and set aside to soak in a bowl of warm water.

IN a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic till fragrant. Add chopped onions and fry till lightly browned. Add paneer pieces, salt, pepper, and soya sauce and cook for a minute. Add a splash of water and allow to come to a boil.

ADD corn starch mixture and stir till sauce thickens, adding more water if necessary. Cover cook for 2-3 minutes to allow paneer to soak in all the favours, and garnish with chopped green onions.

Chilli-Paneer

Ingredients

1. 500gm Paneer (Prepare small paneer balls)
2. 4 tbsp Corn Flour
3. Green Chilli (10 to 15 medium size)
4. 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
5. 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
6. 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil
9. 1 green Capsicum
10. 4 onions

Method:


Mix paneer ball with corn flour in dry condition and fry it with oil in a kadai till it become brown.
In a separate kadai fry onion with oil till brown.
Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion. Then put small cut piece of capsicum and fry it for sometime. Add fried paneer to it. Then drop tomato/chill/soya sauce into kadai. Add salt also and stir it for 3/4 mints. Now the item is ready. Please serve it hot with Naan or Parathas.

Ingredients
paneer 1 cup
capsicum 1 cup
spring onions 1 cup
ginger paste 1 table spoon
garlic powder 1 table spoon
soya sauce 1 table spoon
oilve oil 1 table spoon
crushed chilli paste 1 teaspoon

Method
fry the panner until golden brown
drain and put in warm water to soak for 5 minutes
add oil in wok and heat
add the ginger paste and capiscum and stir fry for a minute
add the chilli paste
add the sping onion and stir fry for 30 seconds
add the paneer and stirr fry for one minute
add the soya sauce and mix into the ingredients
sprinkle the garlic powder over the paneer mix and serve.
add spring onions as garnish before serving
