What's your best SHORT recipe for Gazpacho and can you make it the day before??!

Question:

What's your best SHORT recipe for Gazpacho and can you make it the day before??

Please help, I've got all the ingredients (I think!). I can find lots of recipes online, but would rather a personal recommendation that takes seconds, works every time and tastes fab! And can you make it the day before?? Oh, and I'd rather not need to peel and de-seed the tomatoes?? Thanks xx

Answers:
In a food processor pour in 1litre Lidl veg juice add 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 red onion and 2 slices of Warburtons seeded batch bread(incl crusts) A little olive oil.- Ohh yum yum and costs bu**er all.

azpacho is a chilled vegetable soup perfect for summer entertaining.
INGREDIENTS:

* 3 tomatoes, chopped
* 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
* 1/2 red onion, chopped
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
* 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
* 4 cups vegetable cocktail juice
* garlic croutons and cold cooked shrimp for garnish

PREPARATION:
In a large glass bowl, combine all ingredients except croutons and shrimp and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Serve chilled, topped with croutons or cold cooked shrimp.

Theo i don't know how to make it, you can make most anything a day before you serve it as long as you let it cool before you put it into the icebox.
