What can I make with these foods?!

Question:

What can I make with these foods?

1 lb ground turkey
1 lb chicken breasts
1 can beef broth
frozen grean beans
instant brown rice
instant white rice
canned clams
beer
and essential like flour, sugar, olive oil, butter, pasta, etc.

I like casseroles and that kind of stuff. I'd REALLY like to use the broth, it's been there forever!!!

Answers:
-Mix the groud turkey with spices and make small meat balls out of it. Once the meat balls are cooked you can place them in the beef broth along with the frozen green beans and rice (pre-cooked) and have yourself a nice soup!

-You can use the beer, flour and canned clams to make...beer battered clams!
In a large bowl, sift together the flour and salt; make a well in the center. Add an egg yolk and some beer; whisk gradually drawing in the flour to form a smooth paste. Stir in the remaining beer and the oil; do not over mix. Cover and let stand for 15 to 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil for deep-frying (you'll need at least 8 cups) to 375 degrees.

Beat an egg white until very foamy and fold it into the batter.

Dip the clams into the batter and place in the hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

-For the chicken breast you could rub some spices (salt, pepper, and whatever else you like) and grill or bake it. You can serve it with some brown rice.

Bon Appetit!

Brown the turkey in a small amount of olive oil, add 1 large chopped onion and some mushrooms and the broth. Add 1/2 cup of raw rice and simmer till rice is done. Add salt and pepper, or add the broth and cook it uncovered for about 15 minutes to reduce it and serve over noodles.

You can make a really good stir-fry with those items. Use the chicken breast, green beans, either rice, and the broth. You'll be on your was to a pretty tasty dish. If you have some extra vegetables around, throw those in there too! Also if you have some soy sauce, take about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of that with about 2 tbs of sugar and some of the flour and make yourself a brown sauce to go over the stir-fry. You're going to want to wisk the soy sauce, sugar and flour together and then pour it into the pan with the vegetables. That's how it's going to thicken up. Hope it works out for you.
