Answers:
Pasta Salad great for summer as long as you have nice big ripe tomatoes.

1 box of rotini pasta (cork screw)
5-6 medium rip tomatoes
2-4 cloves garlic (add 2 in and taste then add more if needed
1 tablespoon olive oil
6-8 leaves of Sweet Basil
1 tsp. or more to taste -crushed red pepper
salt to taste
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesean

Put all ingredients in a food proccessor until it resembles a slightly chunky sauce.
You may want additional parmesean for the table

Serve it with some homemade garlic bread or one you buy frozen and enjoy!

You can make spagetti sauce and add tons of italian seasoning and it will make your mouth water, Plus it is really good for you. Add a mixed green salad and french bread and vegetable margarine and you are good to go. Don't forget the pasta!!! Garlic. Garlic. Garlic.

I like angel hair pasta tossed with a little butter, fresh basil leaves, parmesean cheese and grape tomatoes. MM!

Baked mostaccioli (or macaroni, whatever pasta you have....great for using up a little bit of this or a little bit of that)

Cook the pasta, drain, then mix with your sauce (throw in a can of diced tomatoes if you want) and some mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Put into a casserolle dish then top with a layer of both cheeses, cover with foil. Heat up in a 350 deg oven till everything is warm and the cheese is melted.

I always thought it was the bay leaf? ?
Anyway,, forget the onion and garlic
the only one Item that makes it Italian I see,,, is the Oregano.
So,,, do all the veggies,,, Bell peppers red & green
pementos, cellery, green oinions, chives all of it
