Does anyone have a good smoothie recipe?

Like strawberry, mango, banana, tropical, stuff like that. non alcoholic, healthy, and i would prefer frozen fruit please. thanks

Frozen pineapple
yogurt
coconut milk

Frozen fruit (whatever you like)
a few tbs of yogurt or 1/4 block of tofu
1 banana
some OJ

I drink this every morning!

1 banana, 1 weetabix, a little cinnamon, soy milk (or cow milk, but I think soy is better);

Another:

1 banana; 1 papaya (and that's it)

Smoothies are awesome because you can use whatever you have on hand. Frozen fruit (whatever kind you want) is the best because after blending it has a better consistency. Add some yogurt and maybe some fruit juice if you want, and you're good to go. Experiment and have fun!

add whatever kind of fruit u like to about 2 scoops of frozen yougert (or ice cream) and 1 cup of orange juice (i like dole pineapple orange banana juice) and mix. mmmmm yummy!

Strawberries, raspberries, bananas, pineapple, orange juice, plain yogurt, low-fat mixed sherbert, and ice. It is a tropical smoothie recipe I used off the internet. The website also has a search for recipes of any kind.

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
ice

Blend it together and yummmmmm.

Check out Vita Mix on your search engine and check the recipes there.

I use strawberries,pineapple,blueber... and a cup of ice cubes and blend that to a smoothie and have lost mega pounds while eating healthy.

Vita mix is a little pricey but you won't believe what it can do. How about making ice cream in 30 seconds ? How about vegetables and ice cubes and bullion cubes and in about a minute and a half,warm if not hot healthy soup. This machine will make your smoothies.

Hannah's Greatest Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 6 oz. yogurt cup w/ fruit on the bottom (blueberry recommended)
1 to 2 tbsp. applesauce
4 medium strawberries
1 cup crushed ice

Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, applesauce, and strawberries in a blender and blend for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice and blend until smooth (about 20 seconds on high depending on blender).
3. ENJOY!
