Does anyone have a Recipe for Pineapple and Black Bean Salsa?!

Question:

Does anyone have a Recipe for Pineapple and Black Bean Salsa?

I use to have this recipe and I can no longer find it. When I search for it they all come back with ingrediants including corn and peppers and the one I had did not have these. I believe that it was pineapple, black beans, onion, cilontro and something else but I cant remember. I also dont remember how much of everything... Any help would be great!!!

Answers:
try this...BLACK BEAN PINEAPPLE SALSA

Canned Black Beans work well for this salsa.

Black Beans, canned rinsed well & drained, 2 cups
Kernel Corn 1 small can, drained
Onion 1 medium, small diced
Garlic minced, 1 tablespoon
Green Pepper 1 medium, small diced
Red Pepper 1 medium, small diced
Fresh Jalapeno 1 each, minced, seeds & stem removed
Fresh Pineapple 1 cup, small diced
Lime Juice juice of 1 lime
Fresh Cilantro minced, to taste
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Great with fish.

You know the ones you are finding that call for corn and peppers or anything you don't want in you can just leave those ingredients out!

Here ya go:

(14 ounce) cans black beans, seasoned with olive oil and garlic, drained but not rinsed
1 (14 ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped sweet red onion

Optional:

1/2 bunch scallions, chopped

Rinse the cilantro well before chopping. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Letting it stand for a few hours will help combine the flavors, but is not an essential step.
