Does anyone know how to make shrimp and crab ravioli?

Its that one entree from Olive Garden that they discontinued a long time ago! it was my favorite dish and I wish I could have it again but any suggestions?

Answers:
It's funny (not really...) but they actually have the recipe posted on their website...and here it is...

24 Seafood raviolis
Fresh Parsley, chopped
Lobster sauce (use following ingredients)
2 lb(s) Lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
1 tsp Dry Thyme
1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1 Onion (medium), diced
1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
1 cup(s) White wine
2 cup(s) Heavy cream
4 cup(s) Fresh spinach
1 cup(s) Roma tomatoes, diced
1 stick(s) cold Butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup(s) Sherry
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Pepper

Procedures

Lobsters:

1. Drop lobsters in pot with boiling water and boil for 3 minutes.
2. When finished cooking, remove lobsters from pot, twist off 2 front claws where they join the body.
3. Using the back of a knife, crack claws open and remove meat from tail and body and cut in half lengthwise.
4. Season lobster meat with Old Bay, thyme, and crushed red pepper.

Sauce:
1. Heat olive oil in large pot.
2. Add onion. Sauté over medium heat until translucent, approximately 4 minutes.
3. Add garlic and sauté another minute. Add wine and sherry, salt and pepper. Add lobster meat.
4. Bring to boil, cook for 4 minutes.
5. Remove lobster meat from sauce and set aside, cook sauce another 4 minutes.
6. Add cream and bring to a boil for 7 minutes. Strain sauce and add liquid back to pan.
7. Add spinach and tomatoes and butter and bring to a boil.
8. Cut lobster meat into 1” pieces. Add to sauce to reheat.

Raviolis:

1. Place raviolis in a pot with boiling water.
2. Cook for 3 minutes or until all ravioli are floating.
3. Place 6 ravioli in a flat serving plate and top with ? cup of hot sauce, evenly distributing lobster meat.
4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and fresh diced tomatoes.

Yep...they probably don't make the actual ravioli's themselves - probably get them from a food distributor! Sorry I can't be more help! There are definitely recipes out there for just shrimp ravioli or just crab ravioli...then you would just have to tweak it a little to do both!

I hope this helps a little! Hey, at least you have the rest of the recipe!!!

Oh! and here is the link, in case you wanted to see it...

to make this you have to put the srimp in and add the base to the oil

I live in California can't help much first hand.
