...caramel and apples
You will need...
-1 pk of cramel sauce
-1 pk score bits
-1 cube of cream cheese
-granny smith apples
-lemon juice

spread cream cheese on a nice plate or platter.
spread caramel over top of it
sprinkle score bits on

cut apples and put lemon juice on them to keep them white longer

put apples in a bowl and serve with caramel dip

Melt 1 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water stir to combine and then just watch it, without stirring, as it bubbles and gets light toasty brown. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup half and half (be careful as it foams up at this point). Remove from heat and add a teaspoon of vanilla. I guessed at amounts but thats pretty much how I make it. Add a square of unsweetened chocolate for a different taste.

Caramel sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. canned milk
Mix and heat till it's hot.

Caramel Sauce.
1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk.
2 T Butter.
2 T Golden Syrup.
1 C Brown Sugar.
1 Egg.
1 t Vanilla Essence.
3T Flour.

Warm the condensed milk, butter, golden syrup, brown sugar and egg in a pot, until the butter melts, stirring.
Mix in vanilla and flour and leave to cool.
