Yum! I know the best answer! One wheat tortilla with 3 slices of turkey, and some shredded cheese. Its about 180 calories but add toppings if you want. Pack in a bag of quaker rice cakes too! I have it eeveryday at school!

a vegetable wrap.you can add different vegetables each time you make a wrap. also you could steam the vegetables , have them raw or grilled. you could also melt a low fat cheese in the veggies such as alpine lace swiss cheese or fat free american cheese. I hope this was helpful to you.

Salad. You can mix in tons of different things in salad. I had kiwi fruit in mine today. It was amazing tasting!

well there is always the good old, sardines and honey sandwich,.....just load the bread up with honey and then add sardines to the mix, top it off with some onions, and there you have it honey and sardine sandwich,.....let me know how you like this,.....enjoy,.....

Meat Patties.
500g (1lb) lean mince.
1 onion grated.
1 potato grated.
1 carrot grated.
1 egg beaten.
? Cup sultanas.
? Cup of fresh bread crumbs.
2T tomato sauce.
Olive oil.

Mix together all of the ingredients and shape into 6 even sized patties.

Heat a little oil in a fry pan and cook the patties in batches if necessary, over medium heat for about 5 minutes each side.

Club Sandwiches
Take four slices of bread and spread them with butter or margarine.
On the first slice place ham and some mustard. (Optional)
Place the second slice of bread on top of Ham, and cover with mashed egg, seasoned with S&P.
Place the third slice of bread on top of egg, and cover with de seeded tomato, seasoned with S&P
Top with forth slice of bread, spread side down.
Cut crusts fro the sides and cut into fingers.

If possible get a loaf of caterers sliced bread.
It is cut lengthways, instead of across, so you can make several at a time.

Sausage Rolls.
Flaky or Short Pastry.
450 g tube of Sausage Meat.
Diced Onion.
Mix sausage meat and onion with about ? cup of water.

Take one sheet of pastry and lay on the filling in the centre third.
Fold one side over and brush the other with water and press on top.
Turn over and cut into rolls 3’’ long or cut into 3 or 4.
Make 3 cuts on top of each roll and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Brush with milk and bake about 30 minutes at 215C (425F), in a pre-heated oven.

Yogurt Chicken Sandwich. That's unique, healthy and COLD

Ingredients:

100 grams of cooked chicken fillet. Cut it so that it can be fitted into sandwiches.
2 slices of whole wheat bread. Slice it diagonally.
Four slices of tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes vertically, each cut is around 0.5cm in thickness
1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
4 tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise
2 slices of cucumber. Peel the cucumber and remove both end. Then slice it.
1 teaspoon of chopped celery
1 teaspoon of olive oil
3 tablespoons of plain low fat yogurt
Salt, pepper and tomato ketchup to taste

Instructions:

Sprinkle the cooked chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Then mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Dip each chicken pieces into the dressing mix before putting it on the bread. Then arrange the cucumber, tomatoes and celery on the bread neatly. Last, sprinkle it with the olive oil and the remaining of the dressing.
