Answers:
I think they sell the mix in the store @ their restaurants. Or check www.crackerbarrel.com

go to there website in type in the food that u want and go to recipes

2 cups water
2/3 cups dry milk powder
1/3-cup flour
1/2-teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of poultry seasoning

In order given, put all ingredients into blender.
Blend briefly on high till smooth.
Pour into 2-quart saucepan sprayed inside in Pam.
Using a wire whisk, stir constantly while cooking on medium-heat till comes to a boil and begins to thicken.

At once get it off the heat before it can scorch!
Continue stirring a few seconds and try not to touch bottom of pan as you stir in case it did being to scorch without you knowing it.
Pour into another container either to Micro-warm and serve promptly or into refrigerator container to use at another time within a few days.
Freeze to use within 3 months.

Makes 3 cups gravy.

I have found a comparable product in the Southeastern Mills products. Their country gravy is great and all you have to add is water. They also have a peppered gravy mix that is really good. You should be able to find it at a local grocery store, but if you can't there is a place on their website that tells where you can buy it.

Southeastern Mills also has a biscuit mix that makes Cracker Barrels biscuits taste like paste (in my personal opinion).

I've never tried cracker barrel's gravy but i can give you a white gravy recipe that has always gotten good reviews for me in the past. first add 1/4 cup butter or bacon renderings to a medium saucepan then add 1/4 cup flour,(any kind will do).this mixture is called a roux. next and 2 cups milk and bring to a bare simmer. it will start to thicken then you can season with salt and pepper, and a touch of poultry seasoning if you wish. if you wish to add sausage to it and turn it into a sausage gravy just brown the sausage of your choice in a separate pan drain the fat and add. i hope that this helps you.
