Does anyone know any recipes that include Jello Custard Pudding mix??

I have a few boxes of Jello Custard Pudding Mix in my pantry, and I want to put them to good use!!

Ingredients:
1 sponge cake
1 small tin each of pineapple and cherry slices
1 packet strawberry jelly
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
2 cups milk
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
200g fresh cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
Custard Trifle Pudding



Method:
Prepare strawberry jelly and leave to set in fridge. Prepare custard and set aside. Drain pineapple and syrup from tins.
Divide sponge cake into top and bottom halves. Drench the bottom part with half the sugar syrup from tins.
Now, pour half the custard over it and place half the chopped nuts, cherries, pineapple slices and small jelly pieces.
Cover with top half of cake, drench with sugar syrup, pour remaining custard and decorate with remaining nuts, cherries, pineapple and cubed jelly all over again.
Whip 200g of fresh cream and 2 tbsp icing sugar till stiff and decorate.
Keep in refrigerator till serving time and serve chilled.
Serves: 10


Amaretto Custard Cake recipe
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 small box custard mix
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup amaretto
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.

Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 1 minute. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes.

Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Drizzle with Glaze.

Glaze
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto
2 tablespoons milk or light cream
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients until glaze is smooth and of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cake.



Orange Custard Fondue recipe
1 (3 ounce) package no-bake custard mix
1 (4 1/2 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Prepare custard according to package directions, omitting egg yolk. Cover surface with clear plastic wrap; coo. Chill for 2 hours or until thickened.

Beat custard until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and liqueur. Top with orange rind; chill.

Serve as dip for fresh fruit and cake cubes.

Yields 3 1/2 cups.
