dont truly boil - low simmer w a mirepoix - (mix of herbs) can also do it w some old bay seasoning for really good wraps.

I like to add a sauce like barbecue or sweet and sour after the chicken is boiled and drained.

yes I start of boiling with a little vinegar till done. once it is done I take the chicken out and brown it on both sides in a frying pan and sprinkle some sazon on both sides. You can get the seasons from the latin section in your stores.

I know a dank recipe on boiling ribs before ya grill them. 6 Killian's and 3 quarts of king cobra...boil the ribs in there for an hour, then slap on the grill! Sorry....I don't know any good tasty ways to boil chicken. Try that rib recipe...I PROMISE you won't be disappointed! =]

Add seasme oil to the water and some ginger also. It'll be asian flavored but still healthy.

Go to your local Asian food shop and look for Thai foods. Buy Masaman curry paste (Lobo brand), peanuts and potatoes and a small tin or carton of coconut milk or coconut cream.

Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, clook it a little bit, cut and boil the potatoes in salted wated 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and put them in with the chicken.

Add the coconut milk to cover most of the potatoes and chicken (if you prefer a less oily sause use cows milk instead of coconut milk.

Heat then simmer and add the curry paste from the packet and pour in the peanuts.

For authentic Thai taste you could add Thai fish sauce but salt will do.

Simmer 10 minutes and serve with boiled or steamed white rice.

Just go to krogers and get the smallest and cheapest little pack of chicken you can find. Next stop by Popeyes and get a box of original chichen and put it in thr Kroger bag (there should be a dumpster there for the kroger chicken). Take that home and everyone will shoutin praise!
