How do you keep macaroni creamy, instead of drying out?!

Question:

How do you keep macaroni creamy, instead of drying out?

Answers:
My 12 yr is a mac n cheese specialist! LOL. A church lady made some she said is the very best. Per 1 box/package mac n cheese, she adds some sour cream. Makes them creamy, but doesn't change the flavor too much. Just add about 2 tablespoons to start.

Don't. Stop. Stirring.

If it's just macaroni, try putting butter or margarine on it.
I've never had a problem with it.

If it's mac and cheese try allrecipes.com

Make a roux and add cheese, then stir in the macaroni, and its creamy.

Any heavy cream or half & half, you need to keep the butter fat at least 37% when making a warm dish, for a cold dish a 50/50 combination of sour cream and mayo will work

The first thing you need to do after you drain the macaroni is put in some butter (or olive oil if you like), and stir till butter is completely melted. That will make the macaroni not stick and not dry. If you want to make it creamy, then you can add some fresh cream to it (yummy!)

hi my name is billie how are you today. i if your talking about macaroni &cheese just put little butter in it some milk until you get to the way you like it. if you want more recipes e-mail me billiegotmail@yahoo.com good luck.billie

I add milk and butter or margarine

Save some of the pasta water you boiled the macaroni in. After you finish adding your cheese sauce and it seems to dry for you just add some of the pasta water back to the mac and cheese until you get the cosistancy that you want. It will stay that way.

one can chedder cheese soup
one can milk
lots of cheese marorni

oven about 375 untill it starts bubbling
can also put in micro for about 10 min or wo untill it starts bubbling
