Whatcha got in the house?
Since you're starving, omelets are quick, easy and not necessarily breakfast or lunch. Some good fillings that are a little different are:
-sauteed onion, tomato and cheese (if you have leftover baked or boiled potato, sautee some small chunks or slices and include that too
-spinach, mushroom and feta
-brie with thin slices of apple

Egg burrito?
An english muffin topped with tomato and cheese and baked until toasted on top

Or order a pizza...it'll be lunchtime by the time it arrives...

crepes with cream cheese and strawberries

try a sandwich. somthing simple. i'm hungry too but i don't know what to eat either. I normally eat a sandwich with lettuce, and a lot of vegetables. it fills me up because the vegetables are mainly water and they make me feel full.Hope i helped!

that specific time qualifies as brunch.
for this kind of meal you want something hearty (for lunch), and something a little sweet (for breakfast)
anything with fruit, or flavored yogurt, or syrup is always good. i have a delicious recipe for sourdough pancakes that are very filling, and excellent with maple syrup or jelly. they taste best with whole foods but if you don't have the exact thing i'll give you subsituting examples.
here go's:

wet:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 c. milk or buttermilk, or powdered milk
1 c. sourdough, or yogurt
2 eggs

dry:

3 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat, or anyother grain flour
1/4 c. corn meal (not starch) you can use uncooked polenta also
1/4 c. ground flax or bran
2 t salt
2 T sugar
2 t baking soda
4 t baking powder

mix wet well, and stir dry. then mix wet into dry, continue mixing until you get a lumpy batter. ladel onto hot skillet or frying pan, wait until bubbles pop before flipping. estimate depending on how cooked you like them. serve with maple syrup, or jelly.
enjoy!

*if you want to, sprinkle cinnemon on top of them, or add sliced apples to top then cook, any kind of frozen fruit works for this, such as blueberries or raspberrys. but don't mix them with the batter, just sprinkle on top after you have the mixture in the pan.*

try something simple like a sandwich
