How do you make basic spaghetti?!

Question:

How do you make basic spaghetti?

Answers:
I only use angel hair pasta which only takes @ 3 minutes to cook...regular spaghetti takes 7-9 min. Anyway, bring your water to the boil and drop in the pasta....once the water comes back to a full boil, begin timing according to the type of pasta you are using (should be cooking directions on the pasta pkg.)
You can use many of the different varieties of jarred sauces, some of which are quite good, and add gound beef to make meat sauce or make meatballs separately. I make my own marinara sauce and it is very easy.
chop up or three cloves of garlic coarsely and saute' in 1 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil on low heat for @ 5-7 min. checking frequntly to make sure there is no burning or scorching. Remove the pieces of garlic and discard. Add 1 32 oz. and 1 15 oz. can of Progresso Italian crushed tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss in @ 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (more if your taste prefers) and let it all simmer for @ 10-15 minutes. While this is simmering tear up (tear, don't cut or chop) lots of fresh basil. Toss this into the tomato sauce and stir until wilted. Turn off heat and keep covered. Cook the pasta, drain and return to the pot you cooked it in. While still hot drop in pats of butter equivalent of 1/2 a stick, and stir well. Quickly, while pasta is still hot, add @ 1 to 1 1/2 cup (depending on taste) of freshly grated parmegiano reggianno cheese and mix well. Serve the sauce over the pasta.

You're gonna have to be a bit more specific.

HI!

Boil the water first. When the water is boiling add about a spoon of oil, then the pasta. Stir. until the tenderness you like and drain. Then add the heated sauce and cheese..I bet it will be great!

Well I take a pound of ground beef and brown it. Then i drain it in the colainder and rinse all the grease off of it. Take 2 jars of spaghetti sauce and pour them in a large pot. Add the ground beef. Dice a green pepper and an onion. Put these in the pot. Add either fresh button mushrooms, or canned button mushrooms, doesnt matter which ever you prefer. Turn the heat on low, cover and let it simmer for an hour and a half to 2 hours. You can also season it with garlic, basil, oregano, and throw a bay leaf or two in for added flavor. Make sure you stir it every 20 minutes or so. Then make the spahetti according to directions on the box, and top with spaghetti sauce. You can use parmesean cheese if you like.

Grab a box at the store. the noodles will have the directions for you.

you get a half a pot of water and bring it to a boil then you put in your noodles then you put about a tablespoon of butter in the water and noodles so they dont stick together then you drain the water and turn it off then in
another pan brown a half a pound of hamburger with 2 cans of spaghetti sauce and meatballs and then when thats done you can mix them or leave them in the different pans and mix it on your plate

That's one of the easiest meals to make.
1. Boil some water in a pot.
2. Once the water is ready, add you spaghetti it along with a little bit of oil. And add a pinch of salt for your own desire.
3. Stir occasionally until the pasta gets soft.
4. At the same, get some sauce preferable Ragu and pour into another pot. Set stove to simmer.
5. To find out if pasta is cooked yet, throw a piece onto the wall. If it stick, then ready. Drain water out and let it dry for a minute.
It should be ready to eat.

Bon Appetite

fill a pot with water, set to high flame. wait for the water to boil, when it does (not when there are just little bubbles, they have to be big. like bubbles the size of a bottle cap) set it to low flame, put the spaghetti in so its completely immersed in water. then you wait untill the spaghetti is soft (you should be able to twirl one around a fork handle with ease. you could also taste a little bit to see if its ready, thats what i do.

tips- add two tablespoons of olive oil to the water before you add the spaghetti- this will stop it from clumping together.
then add quite a bit of salt to the water if youre not gonna eat the spaghetti with sauce...

bon apetite! (yes I know I dont speak french but whatever haha)

Basic spaghetti is a member of the noodle/pasta family of products.
Spaghetti is made of a hard wheat flour, egg, water and salt. mix the dry ingredients together and make an indentation in the pile of flour and place an egg and a little water and start mixing the walls of the indentation with the beaten egg and water until all flour is incorporate. let the dough rest for 15 min. Use pasta rolling machine to cut the dough into spaghetti. Cook in salted boilling water approx 4-5 min.drain and sauce.
Basic spaghetti is about 1/16 -1/8 inch diam.

It looks like everyone else thinks that spaghetti has to have a sauce and a tomato based sauce at that. Spaghetti was invented in china and tomatoes were not known until they were brought back from the New World. Marco Polo brought the very old style of noodle known as spaghetti home from his trip to China.

spaghetti is one of my favorites with some garlic bread and salad.
well i start off boiling some water in a stock pot. when i comes to a boil i salt it, add spaghetti.
once it is cooked i drain spaghetti and add back to pot. i also add a tablespoon or two of butter to the spaghetti and mix well. till spaghetti soaks it up.

then i cook some ground beef and add my favorite seasoning like, garlic salt, pepper, season all....whatever you like...when that is done i add a jar of prego spaghetti sauce, meat flavor. i add to my butter noodles to the sauce and every time i make it someone tries to figure out whats different. its the butter...gives it a nice flavor!!
