Well, if it's a bbq take pineapple & mango kabobs ready to grill. Peel fresh pineapple & mango, then cut into 1" cubes. Brush with a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Place on wooden skewers & grill for 2 minutes on each side.....Yummy!!

Make Crab Rangoon....................buy wonton wrappers. 1 block of cream cheese, mix cream cheese, lump crabmmeat and green onions in cream cheese. SPoon a little on each wrapper and fry them. These travel great too.

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS

2 lbs. wings, cut into 3 pieces (use tips for stick)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. cornstarch or more

The first piece of chicken (with 1 bone), push meat to one side. Second piece (with 2 bones), cut at ends with knife and push meat off the bone. Twist to remove, then push to one side.
Dip wings in eggs; roll in cornstarch. Fry until nicely browned or kind of.


SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Japanese vinegar
1/4 c. stock or water
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook until sugar is dissolved. Dip in sauce and place in roasting pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Turn once during cooking.

Marmalade Meat Balls

Ingredients
2 pounds fully cooked frozen meatballs
1 bottle (16-ounce) catalina salad dressing
1 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
Place frozen meatballs in the insert of a slow cooker. In a bowl, stir
to combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs and stir to coat. Cook on high setting for
2 to 3 hours.
