Baking cheese?!

Question:

Baking cheese?

Can you bake riccotta cheese to form a solid? What about greek yogurt?

Answers:
The way cheeses are made into solid chunks from curds is pressure and cheese cloth to drain off the curds.

Ricotta forming a solid chunk... I don't think baking will do anything since ricotta doesn't really melt. It clumps/curdles. I've never tried it.

With yogurt, you have no curds to form a solid. Yogurt is fermented milk while cheese is made from coagulated milk proteins.

That doesn't sound to appealing since riccotta is runny.

You should try a hard cheese.

idk i try regular and then i put it in the oven and its good
