Know good tuna marinade (sp)?!

Question:

Know good tuna marinade (sp)?

Answers:
If you mix one bottle low sodium soy sauce, half a cup of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of wasabi and half a cup of sesame seeds. Let the tuna steaks marinade all day and then grill them you will find yourself in tuna utopia...yum =)

Something with balsamic vinegar as a main base.

lemon juice and mayo?

I usually don't marinate tuna because I want to taste the fish, not the marinade, but this one's pretty good:

1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dry wasabi powder

Mix all ingredients together, reserve 1/4 cup for a dipping sauce if desired, and marinate fish from one hour to overnight.

I do a really simple one with Ahi or Yellow Fin steaks. blend about 2 cups of veg oil in a bowl with 1/2 cup good tequila, 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic and one tiny pinch of kosher salt. whip this up really well and pour over tuna steaks and let sit a few hours or better overnight and then cook them on a grill or even just a frying pan and serve on a bed of seasoned black beans or with a southwestern rice blend. Yummy. ( to really make it simpy marinate them in margarita mix that already has the alcohol in it and just add the fresh cilantro to it and pour over the tuna)
