Cookie Help.?
I need.... NEED to make a big-ish heart shaped cookie for tomarrow.
Big enough for just 2 people.
I don't have a heart shaped pan to cook it in, that would be the easiest.
But I can't go buy one.
Does anyone have any idea how I could micky-mouse something???

Go to the store and get some ready made sugar cookie dough from the cold case, where the biscuits are sold. Take out the dough allow to warm a little and form a heart. The sugar cookie won't lose it;'s shape and you'll look like a genius. No thanks needed.
bake the cookie flat (like one long wide sheet) in a long shallow pan. If you do not have a pan then use foil. When it is almost done take it out and carve out a heart with a knife. Once it is carved put it back in the oven for a minute or two to smooth the edges, or add icing on the sides!
One square pan, one round pan. Put the square cake, cookie, whatever so it is the shape of a diamond, not a square. Cut the round cake in half and put on either side of the diamond. Voila a heart shaped cake..cookie, whatever
Take some partrich or freezer paper and outline a heart cut it out. spread out your dough & place that cut out on the dough then take a knife and cut along the lines...good luck now
Flatten the cookie dough on a cookie sheet.Get a sharp knife and cut a heart out.Don`t remove the heart, just the scraps around it ,or just push them away from the heart and bake them along with it.I don`t know how big your making the heart,so I can`t tell you how long to bake it,but bake it at 350 and check in about 8-10 minutes, and from there every 5 till it`s done.
Place the cookie dough on a large cookie sheet or pizza pan and shape it yourself. Only roll the dough out enough so that you can work with it by hand. You can put it on the sheet in separate pieces, whatever is easiest for you to work with. Good luck. Take a chance on your creative instincts. Don't panic. Even if it isn't perfect, the person you are making it for will appreciate your efforts more than you think.
Put the cookie dough on cooking paper and use your hands to shape into a heart, then get a long strip of aluminium foil, fold it long ways several times and then use it to line the edges of your heart so the cookie doesn't lose shape while cooking.
