Jello mold recipe?!

Question:

Jello mold recipe?

I am looking for a jello mold recipe which contains lime green jello, pineapple, cottage cheese (also cream cheese, I think) and nuts. I had the recipe years ago and have lost it. I would like to make it for a ladies luncheon at my church. anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, have you got the recipe?

Answers:
Here's a gooooooood one too (I've not had one complaint, and everyone always asks for the recipe):

LIME COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD

1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. boiling water
2 c. marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream
Dash salt

Dissolve Jello in water, add marshmallows and let melt. Stir in salt and pineapple. Chill until it is the consistency of syrup. Fold in cottage cheese and nuts. Place salad in an 8 x 8 inch pan or use a mold. Chill for several hours and serve with mayonnaise(optional).

Could this be it?

Jello Salad

1 pound creamed cottage cheese
1 small box (3 oz.) of Jello, dry (any flavor)
1 cup whipped topping
1 small can (4 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained

You can use orange jello and instead of crushed pineapple use mandarin oranges.

Mix together in order given. Chill for 2 hours.
makes about 6 to 8 servings

I am not certain what you are talking about exactly but I will tell you what comes to my mind.

Place your pieces of cheese and pineapple and nuts into a bowl, but do not pack them as you want to pour your jelly liquid over them and it will need to get all around them.

Try it for dinner tonight so you will know what it is like and then make a second for church.

My mum would make up some kind of cake in a deep bowl add 1'' of fruit and jelly over the top and leave to set.
When it was turned out there was your pudding sitting on a layer of jelly.

Good Luck
