Answers:
I like to to make a dry rub of paprika, dry BBQ Spice, garlic powder, seasoning salt, onion powder, a pinch of cinnimon and a touch of black pepper and blend it all. Then you rinse the ribs and pat dry and coat the ribs completly with the rub and place them in a roasting or baking pan at least 2 inches deep and pour 6 ounces of Dr Pepper or strong Coffee in the bottom of the pan along with a couple of drops of liquid smoke. cover ribs with foil and bake in 325 degree oven for an hour or two and nice and tender on bone. Then pull out and let rest for 15 minutes on stove top, and then toss them on hot grill with favorite sauce double rubbed on both sides until sauce sets up on ribs nice, just a couple minutes usually. or plastic wrap the, put them in cooler or Freezer for next time you cook out. Comes out awesome.

Very typical of recipes I create at Hotels over the years.

I don't know. I don't eat pork.

I would boil them first until there pretty much done. meat all tender and what not. then just put them on the grill when grill is ready and cook them until they are as done as you want them then BBQ them and cook awhile longer to get sauce thickened on em. Enjoy
