i dont know if u can get these products where you live, but i love to cut up chicken breasts and sautee them. when they are just about done i add cauliflower, carrots, broccoli mixed frozen veggies and when thats just about done, i add Hickory Farms sweet and sour sauce. i serve that over Near East rice pilaf. everybody loves it!

also, i love to bake together in a baking dish/roasting pan, boneless chicken breasts w/fat free chicken gravy, peeled carrots and peeled and cut up sweet potatoes. very good too

My mother made a chicken and rice dish that we loved as kids. Spray 9x13. Add 1 c. raw rice. Mix and bring to simmer, 1 can crm of mushroom soup, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, and 1 c. water. Pour over rice. Place cut up chicken on it, and dot with butter. Cover and bake in moderate oven til rice is tender. This is an old recipe, not fancy.
I have a wonderful recipe for Hawaiin chicken. I will send it if interested in it. Will have to look for it. Delicious.

I have a couple that i like. 1- wash and pat dry chicken peices then rub them with lemon juice and then coat them with a greek spice rub like a mixture of oregano, seasoning salt, black pepper, dry thyme leaves and garlic. then bake at 350 on baking pan until juices run clear and chicken is beginning to crisp a bit. 2- use whole chickens in a rotisserie or cut in quarters for oven baking but either way just blend a mixture of dry BBQ spice, white pepper, salt, garlic and rosemary, coat your chicken well with dijon or brown mustard then season well with spice mixture and roast in oven or slow cook in rotisserie until done, different and tasty. 3- Hunter Style Chicken, basically Cachiatorre- bake chicken peices seasoned with salt and pepper in oven on baking pans, when almost done remove from pans and place in dutch oven or big oven safe baking dish and cover with a rich and chunky marinara sauce made with mushrooms and onions and bell peppers and large tomato chunks, either homemade or store bought, return to 325 deg oven and let bake for at least an hour then serve with some hearty sides like brown rice pilaf or roasted corn on cob or whatever you like, simple and fast but really good!!!
