A good filling for a vegetarian sandwich?!

Question:

A good filling for a vegetarian sandwich?

Only Vegetarian!

Answers:
I'm a vegetarian! If you are the type of vegetarian that eats fish, try tuna salad. It's good if you put the right amount of mayo. Too much= BAD.
Cucumbers and cream cheese, I love that. My mom's specialty sandwich is cold beans, tomatoes and onions in toasted bread with some salt and pepper...
Just plain cheese wiz...
Peanut butter and nutella... that stuff is good.. Lol
Well i hope you can make enough sandwiches to last you a week now! Just go through your fridge and put together what looks good.

Tofu, bean sprouts, cream cheese would all make good fillings, as would peanut butter and jelly.

I love roasted vegetables or lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced cucumber and a bunch of mung bean sprouts in a whole wheat pita. I'm not a vegetarian but I do eat vegetarian lunches because my guy is not around to complain about the lack of meat! :o)

Soft cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, olives, mushroom and grated carrot. Yummy!

Everything except meat. I always get a special sandwich of Cucumbers, tomatoes, lettace, yellow cheese, pickles and salt and pepper! With or without depending Mustard!

take some veggie dogs (Morning star in the pack work, but the canned kind are better)...and smash them all up..then add mayo (or vegannaise), relish, maybe a little mustard.

It makes a really good spread! (that is if you like veggie dogs..which i do)

sprouts, tomato, red pepper, green pepper, and hummus. (works best in pita pocket breads)

Avacado!

Grill up some bell peppers, zucchini, red onions, and tofu. Top with sprouts of choice and maybe a touch of balsamic vinaigrette.
