Does anyone have any good creative ways to use honey or honeycombs?!

Question:

Does anyone have any good creative ways to use honey or honeycombs?

I am looking for some good recipes containing either of these. I love honey and need more recipes using it. Thanks!

Answers:
LOUKOMADES
These Greek fritters are easy to prepare and truly exquisite: light and crisp, with a tender center. The batter mixes up in five minutes, rises for an hour and a half; then you fry them up. The traditional way to serve them is to coat them in honey and sprinkle on cinnamon. You can serve them warm, but many people claim that they are best after the honey has soaked in for a few hours. Loukomades are excellent anyway you serve them.

1 pkg. of active dry yeast
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 ? cups warm water
? tsp. salt
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 cups of honey
? cup water
ground cinnamon for sprinkling
chopped nuts (optional)
vegetable oil for frying

In a medium size bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water and let stand for about 5 minutes. Stir in salt and oil. Add the egg and almond extract; beat until blended. Add the flour, one cup at a time, stirring after each addition until flour is thoroughly incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Beat for one minute more, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise for 90 minutes in a warm place.

Heat oil to 375 degrees; there should be at least two inches of oil in the pot. Do not stir batter down. Use a tablespoon drop tablespoons of batter into the oil (if you dip the spoon into the oil first, the batter will slide off easily). Fry only a few loukomades at a time; do not crowd the pot. Fry the fritters until they are golden brown on all sides, 3 or 4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon or tongs and drain on paper towels.

Warm honey with ? cup of water in a sauce pan over medium heat. Dip fritters in honey and roll in nuts if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve warm.
