You mean those cardboard boxes you can throw out afterwards? Try a place that sells cake decorating supplies.
I would just go to a bakery and ask them if they would sell you one. I have done this and they really didn't mind.
Michael's sells them. We tried to buy one from our local grocery bakery and they wouldn't let us buy one! My son works in a bakery, so I'm lucky!
