I cook this meal every saturday morning! :)
shepherd's pie...the north american version made with layers of ground beef, corn and mashed potato...cheese grated on top, baked in the oven for an hour or so...
you can't have this very often or you'd be as big as a house but, it is yummy!
cabbage sausage potatoes, or a hearty beef vegetable soup and crusty bread.
1) mixed veg curry with lots of tomatoes 2) biryani made with uncooked meat. you semi cook basmatee rice, layered it with meat(lamb, chicken) mixed with spices/herbs, yogurt, butter and roast it in oven for 45 minuets in the middle shelf, but the roasting dish must be sealed,it should be eaten with youghart Rita, last but not least is shamee kebab.
Gosh there are so many...in fact to many...But I love the dish that you get at the restaurant Wagamama, which is called Chicken, and its stir-fried chicken breast with bok choi, red and spring onions, red peppers and bean sprouts, served with rice noodles in a spicy coconut and green chilli soup. Garnished with coriander, mint and a edge of lime
spaghetti and meatballs and Ra-men!
