stab it with a fork three or four times, put it in and put it on for eight minutes. once the eight minutes are up, stad it with a fork again and if it is soft enough take it out. if not put it on for another few minutes.

wash it first. poke it several times w/ a paring knife, then into the micro. for about 10-12 mins

Prick the potato with a fork about four times. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, turn the potato over and microwave for 4 more minutes. Carefully check if potato is tender (it will be steaming). If not quite tender enough microwave an additional 1-2 minutes.

wash the tater, pierce a bunch of times with a fork, place in mic, cook for four minutes, stop oven, check tater, turn over, cook for another four minutes, check again to see if cooked, if still not done, cook for another minute or so...

serve with salsa or sour cream, bacon bits, cheese, a bit of green onion, or some cracked black pepper and sea salt and just butter...

it is hard to give an exact time because it depends on the firmness of the tater to begin with...different types of tater can take shorter or longer times, it all depends...

Wash the potato, pierce with knife, microwave it for 4 minutes, turn over for another 3 or 4 minutes, check with fork or knife. Wrap in aluminum foil and it will still cook and stays hot for a long time.

wash and pierce the skin place in centre of microwave plate and Cook for 5 Min's, i usually check half way thru and turn it over otherwise one side goes very hard i then put them under a hot grill to get the skin crispy
