Answers:
If you live in a town where there are chinese barbecue places and can buy the Char Su, the best way is quite easy, most chinese or vietnamese grocers have a package steamed bun mix, it is very simple to make, then after acquiring that and the BBQ pork, in the same chinese or vietnamese stores look for a sauce from Lee Kum Kee, it would be called Char Su sauce, it is in a small jar.

All you do is follow the directions on the steamed bun package, chopped the pork into a medium fine dice, add some of the sauce, then make the buns, you portion out the dough, flatten them with a rolling pin add a tablespoon of filling, bring them together, and put the seam side down on a piece of waxed paper or parchment, steam them for 20 -30 minutes depending on how big you make them, one packeage of dough will make 8 large or 12 small buns.

I am a former chef in Canada and lived in Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton all of these citys have large Asian communities and all the food stuffs are readily available, in most U.S citys it can be purchased from grocery store or specialty shops.
