Question:

How can we irradicate rice weevils in granaries?

Answers:
It is difficult to totally eradicate them. Depending on the size of the grainary, if they are only in the silos or not, where you are located (weather, temperatures), etc. If it is confined to silos you can either use methyl bromide as a fumigant, or high heat. The first thing to do is find a good pest control company to look things over. Begin cleaning the grainary more thoroughly than you ever have: cracks, crevices, inside machinery. Use a strong vacuum with a fine filter, brushes, scrapers, etc. but NO compressed air... that will just blow eggs and bugs around. The PCO can then use some crack and crevice sprays with residual. But only the PCO can determine the best treatments.
