How do you make Pork Katsudon?!

Question:

How do you make Pork Katsudon?

What are the ingredients? Especially that sauce in which they mix with the rice?

Answers:
Here are some easy recipes. (Panko crumbs can be found in most larger grocery stores, they're a lighter, crunchier crumb that includes rice.)

PORK KATSU

4 pork cutlets - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup oil for frying, or as needed

Season the pork on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the flour, egg and panko crumbs into separate shallow dishes. Coat the pork in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them into the egg, and then press into the panko crumbs until well coated on both sides.
Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork in the hot oil, and cook 3 or 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

KATSU SAUCE:

5 tb bottled plum sauce
5 tb a-1 sauce
1 sm clove garlic, crushed
1 tb (thin) soy sauce
1 ts cold water
1 ts cornstarch
1 ts sherry

Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil. Make a thin paste with the other three and stir it into the boiling liquid. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Remove the garlic.
