Enjoy:)!!

Just dust tilapia with flour, salt & pepper on both sides, dip in egg thinned with milk, and coat in a pan of untoasted breadcrumbs and fresh grated Parmesano Reggiano cheese. Then bake on a well buttered pan in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes carefully turning once

just get the tilapia, put it on the george forman grill.
dust it with some lemon pepper and new orleans all spice
low fat and yummy

I used this recipie and it worked fabulously and is much less expensive.

Shake and Bake makes a parmesan crusted coating mix for chicken, and pork, however, if you add a little lemon juice, (or the powdered lemon juice works really well),you can use it for tilapia--fresh halibut works even better, because it's thicker and not as delicate and tasteless as tilapia.

just beat up an egg with tiny bit of water, then roll in parmesan cheese, bake or fry
