I am looking for any nice recipes. It can be cakes or food, it does not matter. Oh also if you have, please include a nice strawberry cheesecake recipe!

all usually google or search "recipe"... and i always find something!!

You don't need fattening cheese cake, it will just give you that JUNK IN tha TRUNK effect:
Try fat free or low fat recipes. Unless your naturally skinny, but still you have to worry about cholesterol.
This one is killer and no fat..............


No-Fat Brownies

Serves: 8 person(s)

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins

Yield: 8 x squares


Perfect for the chocaholic!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 egg whites, lightly beaten

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup pie apple, canned (sugar-free)

1/4 cup cocoa powder



Directions:
Preheat oven to 180??C.

Spray a square nonstick baking pan (20.5cm x 20.5cm) with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, blend well. Pour batter into pan and bake 20-30 minutes until cooked. To test if batter is cooked, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, brownie is cooked.

Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes in pan.

Gently remove from pan; place on wire rack and when cool, sprinkle with icing sugar if desired. Cut into eight squares.

Variations:
Fresh apple (cooked) can be used in preference to tinned apple.

derby pie
1 stick of melted butter 8 oz cho. chips
1/2 cup self riseing flour 1/4 cup coconut (if desired)
1 cup sugar 1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 tsp vanilla extrac (if desired)
pre heat oven 325 put your mixture in a 9" unbaked pie
crust and bake for 45 min. or until edge of pie crust gets
golden brown you don't want it to get dark brown take it out
and let set for 2 hours. this is very easy and one of the best
pies you ever made
