Anyone have a good yogurt based marinade recipe for chicken?

Nothing from the internet, please. Something "tried and true" that you've prepared. Thanks!

Yip i make this quite often just get yourself a pot of natural yogurt a lemon and a jar of tandoori paste you dont need much paste so a jar lasts ages
mix a teaspoon or two into the yogurt and a squeeze of lemon pour over your chicken thighs and drumsticks work best leave to marinade for anything up to 24 hrs and then bake for 20-30 mins (or till the juices run clear) medium heat gas 5 or 200 degrees turn up to crisp for the last 5 mins or alternativly barbique till the juices run clear serve with salad and sweet chilli sauce and some pitta bread everyone will love it
