What is the best sauce to use with goat cheese raviollie?!

Question:

What is the best sauce to use with goat cheese raviollie?

Answers:
How about a Roasted Red Pepper sauce? Just buy a large can of roasted pepers, strain and rinse,(i've found these in the Italian section of the supermarket in 28 oz. cans) Put in blender or food processer. Then saute' a little minced garlic and onion in a medium saucepan, add the roasted peppers and reduce to the thickness you desire. You may add a Tablespoon or 2 of heavy cream at the end. Or what about a mushroom sauce. Saute' various types of sliced mushrooms in butter and either top the ravioli with that or again add a bit of heavy cream and reduce to thickness you desire. I would like either of these on goat cheese ravioli.

I would say just abit of melted butter, olive oil and garlic. You could try a bit of marinara on the side but i think that would overpower the yummy goatieness.

Garlic Alfredo or a simple marinara
