watergate salad (desert) is popular and it is cheap and can serve tons of people.......... you can look it up on www.allrecipes.com or I can send u copy. You camn also make all types of pasta salad that is the same way, cheap and feed tons. If you use a mayoless version it will keep longer outside. i use one that uses italian dressing and it is great!
Are you skilled at a 7-layer dip? Make a better one !!
How bout veggie / deviled eggs?

Macaroni Salad?
Quiches from Costco?
Egg rolls?
Cold Buffalo wings?
Good Luck.............
Tiramisu????????
Pickle roll ups. They do well in the heat too.
Buy packaged honey ham... you can do the cheap ones.. that are like ROUND IN SHAPE. spread room temp cream cheese on the meat and put a long length sliced pickle (half pickle) in the middle and roll it up and stick a toothpick in them.
I have had these my whole life.......I have had SOO many people say they have NEVER had them. They are sooo good and cheap!!!
Have fun!!!!!
here's an easy one that holds up outside
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
mix together and press in bottom of glass cake pan
1-8oz bar cream cheese softened
1 large tub whip cream
1 cup powdered sugar
mix together spread over crumbs, top with favorite pie filling.
Pumpkin dip
1 can pumpkin
1 8oz bar cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie seasoning
blend well in food processor serve with graham cracker sticks or ginger snaps
Salad,Ice cream,Jell-o
If you have a means of keeping it cold, potato salad or cole slaw or devilled eggs. Don't buy the prepackaged stuff if you can avoid it; they're pretty nasty (and everything I mentioned is easy to prepare). You can buy preshredded cabbage/carrots in any grocery store. The recipe for the dressing is on the package.
If you don't have a way to keep it cold, don't bring anything with a mayo based dressing. In that case, I'd suggest a German potato salad or a green salad (bring the dressing on the side).
I didn't see any mention of beverages? Maybe you should bring a cooler of softdrinks?
Pasta Salad!!! Yummy- its both filling and cold :) YAY Pasta Salad!
try fruit salad or potato salad
