Simply take a cow and a pig, put them in the blender, and then shape the mush into the form of a brick. Add a light tomato sauce.

1 package of onion soup mix
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup bread crumbs
1 to 2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup warm water
1 beaten egg
mix all ingredients well place in loaf pan cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour, * optional you may want to top with cheese slices about 15 minutes before removing from oven.

Start with some lean ground beef, Add some oatmeal, plain. And two or three eggs. Then add chopped garlic, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, tomato's, salt, pepper, and a little Mrs. Dash.(that stuff is great!) Then mold it into a log shape on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven 325-350 until it's cooked all the way through. You can then glaze it with ketchup, barbecue sauce, or you can make your own glaze with honey, molasses, syrup, etc. After you brush the glaze on, let it caramelize in the oven before you serve.

I use approximately 2lbs of ground beef, 1 pack of onion soup mix, and if you really like onions add a small one chopped, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup italian style bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sharp cheese (you can use any kind of cheese that you prefer) I use about a pound cut in cubes (you need to save a little for the top) you mix everything cook in oven at 360 degrees for about an hour when it is done you put the rest of the cheese on top and put it back in the over until it melts.
