I make this at thanksgiving and it is so good. Even if u dont care for brussel sprouts. Take 2 or 3 slices of bacon and dice up and fry till brown. take the bacon out and save the grease. Chop up one shallot or a small white onion and fry in the grease until translucent. In the meantime slice ur brussel sprouts in half if they are big. cook in the bacon grease until they get carmalized(browned) sprinkle with salt and pepper Add just enough chicken broth to cover the brussel sprouts and cook for about 10 min until soft. put in serving dish sprinkle with bacon pieces, and enjoy!
lots of salt and floating in butter...
Ain't no way to make brussel sprout tasty.
Boil them till soft and fry onion and pour the onion's over them. Delicious
Can't be done.
steam them and put lots of butter on them with maby some salt. if he wont eat then force feed it to him no i am j/k....if he wont eat it then i dont know what to tell ya but my grandma makes them like this all the time and people that dont even like brussle sprouts eat them and have seconds becuase they taste so good..........i hope i helped :)
Steam them until color brightens and serve with an onion cream sauce, delicious! Do not slaughter the sprouts by over cooking.
don't you dare cook those little green globs of death and if you do i'm gettin' a pizza so there PPPPPPFFFFTTTTT
I absolutely LOVE brussel sprouts. I steam mine until they are just cooked, never want to overcook a brussel sprout. Then I make a garlic butter sauce. Fourth of a teaspoon of fresh garlic with one stick of butter, then whole grain black pepper. Melt the butter with the garlic and black pepper. Strain it after four or five minutes. Make sure you slowly melt the butter. And then pour over the brussel sprouts. Save a little for dipping.
LoL, Jay, stop hating on the sprouts man!
