Please tell me...........?!

Question:

Please tell me...........?

What is submarine with cold cuts,
what is the total fat and calories in it??

Answers:
That's pretty impossible to answer...I don't know what KIND of cold cuts, how much of each you're using, the size and type of bread, etc. Is it a sandwich for one, or a 3-foot party sandwich? There are just too many variables.

Here's a link to the nutrition info page for Subway sandwiches:

http://www.subway.com/applications/nutri...

...you can compare your own ingredients to theirs, and get a very good idea of the nutrient content of your sandwich.

Depends how big, and how much meat and cheese and mayo and oil and bread and vegetables and all that stuff.....
So--- I suggest you call your local Subway and ask them to read it of their Nutrition Information card for you.

It's a sandwich usually on a large hoagie roll (long bread roll like a minature loaf of French bread.) It can have a lot of different kinds of cheeses and lunch meats on it: balogna, salami, ham, American cheese, Swiss cheese, provolone, etc. A lot of times, it's served with lettuce, tomato slices, and an oil and vinegar dressing.

Because the content differs from one sandwich to the other, there's no way to say exactly what the fat and calorie content is for the sub you're talking about. It's usually pretty high for both, however, due to the fat content of the meat, cheese, and dressing.

A submarine is a large sandwich.Go to subway and ask them if they have a printout,or research online.
