Answers:
Hi Rachel B,

Quick Carmel Frosting

1/4. pound butter,
1/2 c. dark brown sugar,
1/4 c. milk,
2 c. confectioners' sugar (powered),

Melt the butter & brown sugar in a heavy sauce pan, stirring over moderate heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add milk & blend.
Cool, then beat in powdered sugar sugar until thick enough to spread.
You will have enough to fill & frost an 8" or 9"
two layer cake.
Makes about 1 1/2 c.

Yummy love this too. Have a good day. :0)
